Job Summary:
New Style Brander is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about company products and services
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Documenting and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services as applicable
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
